Aloha! I’m Brooke, founder of Sun-Kissed Botanicals

My journey with herbs began long before I ever set foot in Hawai‘i; rooted in the Finger Lakes region, nurtured by wild meadows, deep forests, and a lifelong connection to the natural world.

Years later, that path brought me here to the islands, where I continue my work with the same devotion, now infused with the spirit of aloha and the mana (life force) of this beautiful ʻāina (land).

At Sun-Kissed Botanicals, I offer artisan-crafted herbal products and education that honor the wisdom of nature and the art of herbalism. 

Every formula I create carries intention, respect for the plants, and the understanding that healing is more than just physical , it’s energetic, emotional, and spiritual too.

Small batch is not a limitation,  it is a choice. Each formula is created and released in cycles, allowing the plants, the process, and the medicine itself to guide when it is ready. This allows you to receive each formula at its freshest, most potent, and fully realized state.

My Healing Journey

My healing journey began at eighteen years old, after a series of traumatic brain injuries reshaped my life.

Traditional medicine helped, but only to a point. The deeper layers of my pain, the fatigue, migraines, and disconnection from my body were left unaddressed. I wanted to feel whole again, not just treated.

That search led me toward alternative paths: herbal medicine, energy healing, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and chiropractic care.

Through these practices, I began to understand my body in an entirely new way. Herbs became my allies supporting physical repair and rebuilding my nervous system while energy healing helped quiet the emotional chaos that lived beneath the surface.

Over time, I learned to see symptoms as messages rather than enemies.
I realized that healing wasn’t about erasing pain but understanding what it was trying to tell me.
That shift in perspective changed everything: my relationship with my body, my sense of safety within myself, and my ability to trust the intelligence of nature.

This personal transformation became the foundation for all I do.
It taught me that true wellness begins when we listen  to our bodies, to the plants, and to the energy that connects them.

I use precise, measured formulations developed through study and experience to ensure each batch is safe, consistent, and effective while still honoring the intuitive side of the process.

Herbs are grown organically, wildcrafted with intention, or sourced from trusted growers who share my values. Each infusion rests beneath sunlight or moonlight, allowing time and energy to weave their quiet magic.

It’s a rhythm, not a rush and it’s what makes this work feel alive. As Sun-Kissed Botanicals expands, each creation remains guided by the same rhythm of care and connection.
